Some ice cold coconut milk or water (idk the proper name) would really hit the spot right now.

A little something every chance we get.
We were in for a while, a nice 81*. Cleaned up the floats, fixed BOTH umbrellas and the solar lights. Put the magic algae treatment in (Algatec), in a dose mode. Sun would not stay out long enough for floating, but it will soon enough.
Carol put this solar blanket stuff in this year - recommended by Jerry and his wife - and we are not losing as much water off the pool. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004VU8A6Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I should probably use the solar cover out, pool is not warming up as much this year.

This liquid is quite amazing in that it does actually promote temp rise, and protects against wind and solar water loss. Even with the too much rain, we haven't added a bit this year, but have drained. The little fish pond has required constant fill this last hot week, and that normally means the pool does. Not this year. Our old solar cover was a pain for not much benefit. Back when kids were kids, no one got in until Memorial Day anyway!
