I agree pretty interesting how we all have different skill sets, and comfort zones for working on vehicles. Im scared of welding too, i have a feeling id end up burning the truck down :anonymous:

    Danke

Please do check it out next time we meet. The sound is amazing and that's coming from someone with about 50% hearing.

The speaker adaptors will fit any speaker to your door and the audio adaptors save you the soldering. They're literally plug n play. I'm available tomorrow. Where can I meet you?

What is convenient for you, because I can take eco car or truck. And when? I need to go out of my way, not you.

What are those surround pieces that go over the headunit like? They feel nice and sturdy or cheap?

I can definitely do tomorrow after 1. How far are you willing to drive? San Marcos? New Braunfels?

    Too much.

    But... Worth it.

The single sub hits harder than a flying chancla.

    Which?

The black multicam around the stereo and the AC vents?

DUDE! You Want to meet at In and Out in New Braunfels after 1? Give me the time, and you got a free lunch. Hey, bring the radio, and tell me all about it too! Got to get you and the wife up for a pool date!

I also ran the USB from the back of the head unit to the driver's side. I cut a small hole and used a flush mount USB with a short 6" lightning/USB cable to charge my phone and use Apple carplay in the ram mount.

Count me in. I'm having lunch with my wife around noon in Pleasanton. I think I can get there by 2:30/3:00

OK, down for a snack around 3 PM. I can do that in one vehicle or another. Will ping you tomorrow, and many thanks for your adaptors!

Oh! I had shit luck with whatever brand crutchfield uses. I ordered a Scoshe surround. It. Is. SOLID. I won't but anything else. The way it holds the stereo is smart and simple and effective. Gimmie a minute I'll find the link
