Good morning SATX! Hope it rains some more up here, so I can work slow. Last day of sunroom prep, and we'll have to empty it somewhere for the floor. Outside isn't in the picture anymore!

I've been rocking that for a decade now! I had a dad bod at 18 and before the dad bod was cool. I was hoping the trend would be hotter...

 

Getting rid of a gut is a pain in the ass it takes more then just exercise you have to eat right to less calorie intake

Drink alot of water for some reason water helps you lose weight

 

At one point in my life I was 250lbs. To ship to boot camp I went down to 180 and left there at 165. I maintained 175 for years, but I am a solid 200 now. I just wanna start moving more throughout the week.

 

Also, if you don't drink enough, your body holds on to whatever it gets. If you drink more you shed that excess water weight.

 

I don't know what those are, but the thermogenics and shit make me sick. I can't handle that much caffeine, it gives me a killer migraine. Just some hard work is all that is needed.
