I was just trying to think of a cool place to have C&C's once a month. We need a cool coffee place to hang out at. That way, when I'm the only guy who shows up, I can get a cup of coffee, sit and people watch. Any such place around UTSA?

 

Well not really a Coffee shop near UTSA. There is a Starbucks in Leon springs but I'm sure the lot is small. Starbucks at Bruan Rd and 1604 or the the Starbucks military and 1604 near the McAlister's deli.

 

There's a Local Coffee in Stone Oak that has a decent size lot. There's also a new one near the HEB on I-10 in Leon Springs, again with access to a large parking lot.

Best time to eat at IHOP is when it's new.

Ive been down for 2 days, got real sick! Don't you just love it when the Dr's don't know whats wrong. Im backup and around now. Im making a run up to Fort Worth on Monday to pick up some speakers and I think I'm going to stop at the Gas Monkey bar and Grill. Has anyone else ever been there?

 

Can't say that I have but you're up in my neck of the woods. Maybe we can get more New Braunfels guys to get together like @tuckdaddy and @MrCjyokum but you kids are getting younger and younger

 

My trend seems to be older and older.. I'd be game for a get together. I'm constantly between Lake McQueeney and Boerne.

LETS MEET!! Electric Coffee in Boerne this Thursday at 10:am. Their address is 215 W. Bandera St.
The owner serves great coffee and uses fresh roasted coffee beans. He's also into 4 wheeling. I saw all of his Icon suspension stuff in the shop getting ready to mount it onto his Toyota FJ.
Who ever is interested, I'll be there from 10:00am to noon. I look forward to meeting you and checking out your Tacoma.

Ok, lets do this. 10:am. You other guys, we'll set up another C&C on a Saturday sometime in January.
We gotta force ourselves to get into a habit of meeting once a month. I wanna eventually head up to hidden falls and see what our Tacoma's can really do. And, it would be more fun to go with a group of people who kinda know one another.

 

Hell Im working Thursday. Those FJ's are going to end up being collectors vehicles. Hey Sleipnir Im Semi-retiring this coming June. I'll be 56 in April.

Hey Ben, It was great meeting you yesterday at Electric coffee. Love the 2017 Tacoma. It'll be fun watching you add things to it. I'm going for the same look Rich has on his truck.
We need to figure out another meeting time in January so we can meet more of the San Antonio guys.

Anyone want to meet Saturday the 7th up in Boerne at Electric coffee?
