Honestly i think i might have a hyperthyroid problem. My dad has hypothyroid and his cousin has hyper.. Basically hyper makes you super skinny due to some kind of imbalance. Idk though, maybe i just have a metabolism like a kid. I eat like a horse and never put any weight on.. I weighed 125 freshman yr of high school, nearly 10 years later im only up 25 lbs

 

Be thankful of this.

 

Crazy never heard of that. I’m tipping the scales at about 240 right now and I feel it bad.

Yeah, may or may not be the issue, i've never gotten checked out, but ive always been a twig.

I think alot of it has to do with me being single lol! if i was married, i know id be eating good, and would probably weigh a good bit more

 

Your right about that she’s a terrible cook so we eat out a lot. Once I turned 30 my metabolism tanked I just recently got strict on my diet and back in the gym.

I have a feeling the same will happen to me when i turn 30. My dad was built the same way as i was in high school. I think it's normal but only time will tell

 

Oh she knows it so I cook mostly.

I was hyper in high school I weighted 145 till I was 23 then about 25 I gained 30 pounds and it keeps coming unless I eat right

 

Drinking alot of water helps with keeping weight off soda beer has opposite affect

 

hehe.. if im being honest, im 6'1" and weigh 145 and im 24. I dont see much changing come january, but you never know! My BMI says that im underweight, but i think thats BS

 

When I hit 26 metabolism went to Chet and a gain weight over the summer

I'm 28, high school I weighed 145. I've been slacking lately and haven't been bike riding nor eating the healthiest and I'm at 179. Heaviest I've been. Im getting back in the routine.

 

Man on a side note, im glad today is over with. I despise correcting other peoples screw ups!!

 

Sounds like its just a matter of time for me lol. I should really hit the gym or start running. I used to run everyday, but gave that up after i blew out my ACL a few years ago

Ugh i know how this goes. So frustrating! Glad this day is over too, time to kick back and enjoy a few cold ones buddy

 

Similar situation here. I was on a cycling binge, think I was pushing myself too hard and i ended up getting a mild tear in my Achilles. Thats hindering my full potential, hurts like a bitch when i ride for than 20 miles. Unfortunately I'll have to be fixing shit here at home, but ill be able to have some brews while doing so.
