San Antonio

Fuck, I'm really starting to not like being stationed in San Antonio. My buddies in Georgia find places to go wheeling all around FT Gordon. I miss all the open land back home in Waxahachie.

Bummer. I came here from the land of endless open country (Idaho). 4x4 commuter truck now! At least when I move across town I can do some towing again.

Same but up in the rural areas of north Texas it's all open. Used to take my old Taco on land everywhere. Hell I would drive my Pontiac sunfire (yes I know, girl car but it was what my parents got me because it was cheap) all over my friends 40 acres where we would work and have bonfires.

 

Cool. I'll have to check it out someday. I'm still somewhat new to the area, and the entire state, so I don't know what's around here.

I haven't been yet but have read multiple good things and seen the pictures here on TW about the trails out at Big Ben in west Texas. Again, I need to plan a trip out thataways.

I'm surprised. You would think it would be more popular, especially with the "Built here, bought here" campaign and city size. I see a ton of Tacos on my commute to Port SA everyday; some modded, some not.

I usually go to Cavender Toyota. I took my 2014 there to service it each time, traded it in there for my 2015, and I get this one serviced there too. Plus the girl who works as a service center Tech is super fucking cute
