ey which radio do you have in truck? Cb?

 

I forget the exact brand, but I have it my thread. Not sure I would buy it again as it does not have a built in SWR. I would really like to get a 10m radio that would work on 11m (cb) as well. I know its not legal but if you find the right one you can adjust your output wattage so that you can kinda hide from transmitting so far. Been looking but have not decided on one.

I just want a small form one and would prefer de table face so I can mount it up front, limits the availability and drives cost.

 

Cb dead man unless you like listening to truckers gmrs the wave of the future I have both and I even have a modded hi watt cb and I have yet heard anybody in the overlanding or off-roading groups use cb

 

Cb still has value, just not everyone wants to deal with it.

 

I just want to stay informed
