Good Morning SA! I'd be getting all wet doing what Scott is, but it looks nice to me! Turkey was great, but next time, we'll just spend 4 hours it took doing a whole one!



Spent the cooking time getting the pump control squared away, and putting a better shield (heat baffle) in place. Made some new brackets because I am going to mess with those bumper lights again! (& again, & again). Going to wrap some goodies while it's raining today.

yeah we had maybe 10 rain drops so far, which is ok, I need to hit the soffits with a second coat of paint today.

The future cast has any potential moisture to push through pretty fast across our area this morning.

If I ever decide to set up half of that 2,000sq hoop house, you could be resourceful if I ever decide to do that.
And if you need use my shop/lift just let me know.

On pencil, we really would like to move after our boys finish school, possibly move to property that I’m in the process of buying. I keep kicking the can about setting it up here. I should probably set up 20x40 and keep 20x60 for the property, IDK.

 

My work is on a smaller scale! (Like 6'x8') But sure thing - if nothing else planning alone is probably worth a couple few beers! Oh, and appreciate the offer!

Morning Maner! Hey, cook question for you- the "clock" on the MeatStick seems plumb crazy to me. Like 3 hours and it still says 3 hours to go, gives me like ONE note for 2 hours, and the last hour takes 2! I'm really watching the temps, and getting better on controlling the fire on the new smoker. But it drives the wife nuts if I tell her what's "left on the clock"! Honestly, I'm getting comfortable about the real time, but have you ever noticed that? ( I KNOW you don't need it!)
