Glad for you on that. HEB has food again, in all categories. Walmart still lagging, on Monday all freezers held open and nothing perishable. Restocks minimum. They are "re-modeling". No matter, Carol got most everything we need this Wed. at HEB. Lockhart water is back to normal, and lucky me never lost power.
Going to give the generator folks a week, then go for a quote for whole house. Sure, I can wait until winter for install! That means moving all the rocks from a rock garden, making a fence, taking the rocks to a new home to replace old timbers, and a couple slabs! I have my Spring workout all set!

Well, you got yours early in the game, because you're very needed. I just like the attitude from someone who probably isn't even on the list yet. It was more of a PITA to actually GET shots, than to get the shots. I'm "old and impaired", and it was a PITA to do it - should not be that hard.

Wow, I didn’t think about that the slab and everything that would have to go in. That’s a pretty big project, sounds like making room for everything is the biggest thing. It’ll be worth it though, that should be nice! Better to have it and not need it than the other way around

 

That's my plan, and me and MANER agreed that our wives were very smart for saying that we should get it done! so, prep will be involved. Probably, mine will involve a hot tub in front of the "proposed" secret utility fence to make it "aesthetically pleasing!"

 

It's been almost exactly a year since I visited that crew. I'm glad for the chance to get on the road and see the few of them I know in person, and meet some that I chat with now and then!

Oh, I sent my review of the Tacoma dealer service off finally today, after finally getting all the "not Toyota" service done since I bought LBR into the Toyota system. Gee whiz, I might have been less than kind.

And here I am being the guy that usually says I have great dealer service. "New Management - New Attitude" - that's what the new sign says!
