Sup y'all. Will probably get my taco back on the road this weekend.

 

May 31st can't get here fast enough.

My trailer trash renters haven't been there since a couple days prior to the freeze, but I entered the property/residence, oh lawwd it's nasty. I brought home another truck load of trash.

2 bags of household trash from 4 weeks ago left in back room, rodets tore into everything, I cleaned all this up and threw away probably 40lbs of spoiled food from the fridge.


The box on the left is full of pills, rodets got into them lol I picked all this shit up as well.

 

I'm kinda hoping they don't return, I bet there is atleast $1500 in ammo laying around in various places, no telling what else without being to snoopy.

 

Well I ran into a pickle I finally found out why my brakes suck so much I had a bad front brake caliper so I ordered a power stop brake kits that come with the rotors and the brake calipers for $400 or something like that and yesterday I put them on went to put my wheels back on and the caliper rubs the inside of my wheels now I'm running a 16-in tire and I didn't think that those calibers will be an issue but now I'm stuck with either up in tire size which is going to cost me a shitload of money or returning the brake kits and just buying a factory caliper

 

That is a bit of a dilemma, I always replace bilateral wear items, that includes both calipers even if only one is bad.

 

you think I should just see where it's rubbing on the caliper and get the grinder and grind it down and repaint it

 

lol, I'm not sure about that either

 

minimum clearance should be about 1/4inch

 

You may want to buy the non caliper kit, swap those new boxed rotors over the full kit and return, and pick up some different calipers.
