Sitting in El Paso waiting to conference call the boss. Not my wife, but the sales manager. Truck was in the dealership for a week while they tried to figure out what was causing me to jump start it twice in one week. 4 months ago they said I had a bad battery and replaced it under warranty. I told them I am 20 miles shy of 36K and they obviously diagnosed the problem wrong. I didn't believe the Batt was the problem and told them they need to figure out if the charging system is the issue or if something else is draining the batt. After a week in the shop, they said it was a bad cell in the Batt. Charging system is perfect and nothing is drawing power from the battery while it sits overnight. Whatever!! I was not happy it too them a week to figure this stuff out and told them to document the hell out of it because if this happens 4 months down the road, I'm pointing the finger out their (young) technicians.

Dude that same thing happened to me, I always carry one of those mobile jump start/compressor tools and when the battery went it went completely .......nothing worked.Swapped the battery and never had another issue. 22,000.00 miles on the Odometer
