Well the way it’s going with these property companies it seems like we’ll be with the in-laws a while still.
I understand the benefits of buying, and we do want to buy a house. We just have other things to consider as well.
Although, if we bought a house here that would be more incentive not move to Colorado. That’s probably worth 10k

I suppose El Paso is just the lesser of two evils, so to speak. I’d rather be further east in Texas, but I’d rather be in Texas period than in Colorado.

Good Morning SA! Got all my steel in only 2 of 3 stops yesterday, so came home and ordered the hardware I hope will cover it. So, there's a project ready for next week. Not too many else until then, so putz around and be useful in some fashion. LBR will get dropped off Monday for the LAST fender clear fix! (I hope - no signs of the crazing anywhere else that hasn't been fixed.) Then she'll be a beauty queen again.

Yup, Texas just became a new territory for Yuengling about 2 months ago, otherwise we had to import it in from Louisiana.

 

It's probably the one brewery I haven't visited up along the East coast. I'm right down the road from the only Guinness Brewery in the US
