Close to what I did last time with one rack. Tried a method from the 60+ group with 3 @ 180*, wrap & 2 @250*, unwrap and finish 225*. Less time in the wrap is the key, I believe. Because the wrap has apple cider/juice, brown sugar and butter.

 

Yeah that's what I'm thinking too,, after half dozen more times of cooking them you will have perfected, mine are still hit or miss as well. I was going to do ribs today also, but only had 1 rack so I didn't fire up, it's got to be 2 racks for me to mess with that, and have enough to feed these boys.

We have either one bigger rack, or two smallest I can buy. Since I only had a small one frozen, I picked up a second Friday. The last big one was 2.5, 1.75, 1 and it was darn near right!

 

I like the second story! You know, if I fit a fridge into a wall, that fridge would die in a week, and nothing that size would be sold anymore!!

 

Not much just drinking a beer taking care of our dog just got fixed.
He’s been like this all day.
