A little something every chance we get.
I'll vouch for the garage door. I used some leftover insulation board from another project (what else), and it does keep a poorly insulated garage more controlled.

    Hello S.A folks,
New guy here. In between S.A and Austin. A little more prepared now versus earlier in February. Would like to pickup another generator though, maybe on of the nice little Hondas. Picture of my Tacoma from the Feb freeze.

So if you buy the Ethenol free gas at wal mart, blue handle, you have less to worry about and is better to use it for your generators, lawn mowers then the other crap.
I have considered them many times, just have not pulled the trigger.
Welcome to the group, I was lucky, mine was hidden in the barn.

It comes down as a safety issue imo.

I have a set of PIAA's on the Tacoma, absolutely love them in the fog. I don't recall what I paid $100? but it's been many years and there are a ton of cheaper versions out there now.

A lot work was done today, too tired to even have supper after the liquid diet. I'm hiring a farm hand tomorrow to help me out with a couple smaller trench lines, it was hot today, thete was little to no wind until 5pm. Gonna try sleep in till 7am tomorrow.

Welcome sir, don't forget to add a couple electric blankets, they are much easier on the generator than an element type heater.
