Well, Amazon said my new rack is now expected late today, so I moved the one I had. Think I'm gonna swap them, this one is made crooked. It'll be OK in all those rocks out front.




Sure is still windy as heck. Got the pool mostly cleaned out, seem to be no more leaves to blow in. Shower and dad burgers

Looks great Scott! Thats a pretty sweet setup. Great call with putting the Rv pad next to the big tree. Provides nice shade and a good spot to hang lights or whatever else.
Oh! Is that a stand too next to the pad??? Love it.

 

Meh, I probably did close to 60 hours, 90% manual labor and I'm retired.

 

I cleaned a good mass of leaves from the pool yesterday… skimmer was packed

 

Carol filled a 5 gallon chlorine bucket from the little skimmer yesterday, and again today!!

He's a YOUNG retiree!

That stand I bought with the property, it needs work, I parked it under that tree for shade for when I get around tuit, it's not staying there.

 

Hey Luke. I stumbled across a post from you about installing a Flux Capacitor for the stereo yesterday.
Finally did it the other week.
Still stuck in the past!

 

Remember? That's my gym to keep me in shape. And don't think I did all that hard work and not see a return on my money and efforts, I can now rent that RV pad out, and/or my own RV, maybe Air BnB or Vrbo etc. Long story/short; staying in physical shape and building wealth in different ways no matter your age.




And if RV pad is profitable enough, maybe a cabin build will be next, I have a ton of bird species there and folks come from all over the country and world to South Tx to view these birds, of course the cabin build will be after I complete all my USDA/NRCS work est. August 2022.

Good Morning SA! Well, a little cooler than expected. Tried the new heater in the sunroom overnight - going to want a higher setpoint, but it all functions OK. Found a greenhouse vent stuck open as well - have to check into that. They are "adjustable" as to opening temps, but it still shouldn't be open above 60*. Other than that kind of thing....HOOK 'EM!
