Yeah, good neighbors! Would have seen it in a few minutes after, as I was going out to walk around the house anyway. But, we saved some gallons! And who needs a spigot this week anyway!?

 

Well that's no bueno, had to fix 2 toilets these past 2 days, I hate plumbing myself.

I should have made this one better - it breaks every few years. Since it held up last winter, I put it off! Should have known. Weird, it's the one on the South in the sun!

 

We had lots of things covered in sheets of ice this morning, not much stuck to the roads thankfully but the sidewalks and vehicles had a good layer.
Most of it melted off by three or four. We’ll see if all the melt off freezes again tomorrow.

Goood Morning SA! Overnight 22*, and already 35*. Nothing but blue sky -
I'm so thrilled that the greenhouse keeps motoring along, keeping everything about 50* even on the coldest nights. I lost 75% or more of everything last year, so all the mods and insulation have made a huge difference.
When it warms next week, I will finally build my little insulated box for the garage spigot. You could tell the last fix was done in a hurry so we could get water back on!
