Good morning folks. It was a nice cool morning during my run today. Think I am going to take the 911 out for a cruise and enjoy some alone time….

A little something every chance we get.
Well, I ended up spending the day on my little workbench area. I did the two or three things before I planned to start repotting, and needed to get an errand out of the way. Then the glass guy said he would stop by, but the wife handled it. It's in "we'll see" if I get a quote status. Then I needed one more thing off the work bench, and was so disgusted with all the crap I seem to have on it, I changed horses midstream. There is no before picture. It was disgusting. So, here it is in the middle.....dirty.

Let's just say, the stuff went somewhere, or to the trash. Then I moved more stuff around so I could recycle two of the old storage bins. Cleaned and mounted them JUST above the bench (which is on rollers). My noble concept being that the parts and pieces I am actually using on a given project can go in the bins during the project, and then move to actual storage. And parts won't fall off the back. That's the concept anyway.

Oh, yeah. The bins I have now started to call the "are you freaking kidding me? bins" got done Friday, or Saturday. I swapped big and small easy enough, then picked up the 4'th storage cabinet.
Then, I discovered when I closed the door, ALL the little bins started to slide out. So, instead of the few big parts spilling, I could have lots of small parts!
So, I made a little back brace to tilt them upwards. That still didn't fix it.
But, I figured I could make a little acrylic door - light, simple and should do the trick.
Then I mounted the 4th cabinet, aaaand, the door won't close - cabinet hits shelf bracket.
So, I removed them all from the door, and lowered them all 1 1/2" - otherwise, they will hit crates at the bottom. Still tilted, drawers still try to fall out.
So, I made my doors, epoxied magnets to the cabinets and doors, aaaannnd, the epoxy failed. Found some old Liquid Nails. It's working, but I will still have to tweak it.

    Morning Kevin - nice trip?
    Morning Mike

    :pccoffee: Good Morning SA!

Guess I should do what I didn't do yesterday, huh? OK. I will. Our wind and humidity is coming back, so I have to fold down the umbrellas again. They haven't been open much this year.
