That's great, I'm firm believer in buying nice equipment for my lawn(s), it pays for itself in quality, reliability,, time etc. because your not paying for a lawn service.

Heat index is currently 110* here, the farm cats don't care if you drench them in water.

 

That's why I'm still inside since I got home. I'll get in the pool and outside this weekend....

Well, so here's the short version....

I got a tool that Brandin didn't know about, and it made quick work of the hangers. (none of my removal pics with the tool turned out, so here's one from adjusting the install) Left it with him - I should never need it again!





And so,






About one hour total, and we have it!





While I was under there gawking, I spray cleaned the Y pipe with some High Heat Ceramic "cleaner".

Regrets? I have a few,
then again, too few to mention.
Like my removal and install detail pics either didn't take or were bad, so I can't submit them to win $200 (in products) we could have shared for making an instruction.
Like the shop ambient noise really wrecked my fire up video. Not one of the others were worth a thing either! I'll do another one.
Oh, do I like it? YES! It's not loud at all. Quieter than my neighbors burbling dualed out Chevy. Nice and complacent idle. Only hits noise about 2500 - 3200 RPM, when you ask for acceleration. Cruising or pokey off the line - quiet. In the cab, you can only hear it kick, about a second after the K&N tube (double wrapped) starts to howl.
