Good Morning SA! I hope everyone had a merry Christmas, and it looks like it. Well, except for your pipe Robert @Lucario Runner. We enjoyed ours, and it even warmed up to the upper 50's for smoking outside.
Enjoyed having our son over for Eve and Day, but he didn't enjoy getting back to the apartment. Found no water again - hot water spewing from the apartment below (person home, and would not answer door!). No answers from 24/7 maintenance, told him to call 311 for lack of a better idea. He got a case number! As of this morning, still spewing, and still no water for him. Hot water just got fixed Thursday, after more than a week out. Again. Be SO glad when he gets to move in two weeks.

Son came down for a load of yesterday, shower, and some munchies. Got word water was back on in his building, and got home to find bonus HOT water! We'll see if they can keep it on for a week!

Good evening folks. I had to put my dog of 14 years down today. Today was a bad day. Hold yours tight, because this day always comes too quick.

 

Sorry to hear this bud, my older dog is going blind and may need to consider this soon as well.

Sorry to here they brother, had to put our first family dog a few years back, never easy and we still miss him to this day, he had us spoiled, he was great with our son who was still a baby at the time.

Does anyone have any tire shop recommendations for the area? I usually order tires from whoever is cheapest and have a local high rated shop install but thinking about just going with discount tire this time around since they are the ones with the best deal for the tires I want.

 

Find the cheapest price you can then go to discount tire via this site, contact them with you quote or show them a link to your price and they will beat it. I have even used Amazon against them, the last time I did it the DT shop was like how did you get this price…. Worth a shot.
