Good Morning SA! Off to Discount Tire today for rotation and balance - finally. Didn't have enough miles to make them happy since new in January 22! And I did do one something. Fixed my little flag pole holder. Took long enough in the heat!
Was a block of 1x4, covered with velcro. Which gave up in the wind at COTA.
I'll use some nut-serts and some bolts with handles. Bolts too short. Sit and think....
I'll find some longer ones, make it offset, because no room for the handles. Don't have another clamp. Sit and think....
And it's hot. Must be time for .
I have a chunk of Delrin left over. And some feet from some shelves....mmmm....





And no monies were harmed during the process.

There was a nice breeze this morning! However, got a little warm this afternoon! I just joined a day or two ago. Glad to see there are people here in SA on this board. FYI-I did not read through all pages. Just the last 10. Looking forward to learning things from you guys.

I owned an 84 extra cab in my early 20s. Thing would go up and through anything! First new vehicle was a cherry red standard cab 1990 4X4. Traded that for a 1992 maroon extra cab 4X4. New job purchased me a 1997 extra cab Tacoma 4X4 for work. After that did a 2000 Z71 and then a 2003 Duramax diesel 4X4. Went through a 2011 Tundra crew cab 4X4 and a 2018 Tundra crew cab Platinum 4X4. Changed jobs recently and am back into a Tacoma.

I now am driving a 2021 TRD Off Road double cab 4X4 LWB. Bought used with 15K a couple months ago. Absolutely LOVE being back in a smaller truck. Look forward to meeting some of you guys/gals!
