Good Morning Gents. Went to the Pistons show in Pflugerville yesterday - well attended!



Won't be doing the SA C&C this month.

 

It has been a rough time here in Nebraska.. our home is completed covered with mold. Going to be condemned…. It’s a sad story don’t think we can keep any of our stuff do to all the mold spores in the house… my daughter is hyper allergenic to it.. if y’all could pray for us that would be greatly appreciated

 

Can't like Oz! From bad to worse! You have any recourse on house buy-back or similar? Best Karma to you all sir!

 

I signed a 2 year rent agreement on our home in San Antonio.. my savings went up in flames and the health of my kids is destroying me.. it’s a bit to handle

 

You must have some recourse with the realtor or whoever rented that hell hole! Use whatever social service is available up there.

 

yeah we are waiting for the insurance to come in.. they set up a go fund me for our family

 

Im really considering of moving back down south lol

 

Well, that's good but insurance should do better than that. Did you rent the new place, or buy? Either way, if those people knew what they were selling - they are liable!

 

My daughter is so hyper allergenic that we can’t keep most our belongings that got exposed to the mold

 

no body knew about it, I was renting to buy the home, but we cancelled the agreement after all this. They have been nothing but help in all honesty

 

The owner let us stay in his for about a month, until we could find a place to live

 

Glad for that, but there are home inspection requirements in most states, and there is still some liability. You DO need to find out what legal options you can afford. I'm not a lawyer, and don't play one on TV, but you DO have recourses! Find them!

 

Yeah I learned my lesson on that one.. we are working on it

@Ozzylara805 sorry to hear about all your problems. Hopefully the insurance and home owner make things right. Just keep your head up brother and keep fighting. Your family comes first and foremost. Praying for you brother.
