So this what I had to fab up for the pizza oven exhaust had to make a compound offset

 

What the heck is in the way that you had to go to that extreme to get it in place?

Well first of all, the duct was fabed up at the shop, it' been there for months then all of sudden there was a change order you know how that goes, so there was an offset already on the main line from original prints so I on the drop had to bring it back to the hood and there was also a main sprinkler line in the way so instea of ordering new parts told my superintendent that I can make it so I did . Almost ready for paint they are still flotaing

 

They make you get crazier than you already are?

Ya a couple of my large projects two of the blgs are having cabling installed now, the other one is a good month or so from tape and float

 

This hotel was suppose to open for the final 4 but noway I say by June

 

Unless they start to crash the project, what are advertising for substantial completion?

 

Well the weather took a factor for the exterior, so they started erecting the scaffolding around the whole building in September, but they told the GC that it will take at least 7 months to complete the whole exterior stone, stucco, etc so someone drop the ball, all is I know is that we are ahead of schedule

 

Well you got less then 30 days to get there

 

Yup not going to happen, the owners are aware from what he heard
