Yeah theyre a “discoverer” but theyre the st maxx im guessing the regular discoverers are more of a highway tire, where as these are an all terrain

Ya got to start looking a little bit and figure out what I want to get, I know I will not be getting the same tire size. Will be looking at a little bit smaller, and for this main reason. My current tires are 61lbs ea, if I move to a 275 size which is an inch smaller they weigh 48lbs each approx depending on tire.

Anyone with a third gen taco on 285s in the San Antonio area? Im about to pull the trigger on some 285/75/16s after just purchasing my 265/75/16s.

I might need a visual to push me “over the edge”. :goingcrazy:

Thanks Lost, I am actually looking to see them on taco in person. I already picked out the tires that I am looking to buy.

I just need that visual push to help me go from my hassle free 265/75/16s, the 285/75/16s that I will have to “massage” to fit. (Stock suspension).

    I know the feeling.
New tires for those 20s gonna be pricey?

Actually stepping down in size a little gets me in the same price range as 16/17 tire

I would love to. I just need a visual to reassure me that the juice is worth the squeeze. I will PM you my number.

    Thank you, Sir.

I just need to send payment. Lol... finding it hard to part with my brand new 265/75/16 Falken Wildpeaks AT which have been awesome.

I just want a more aggressive look but know that I will be giving up get up and go, as well as trimming/cutting to fit.

Well, my bender comes today, along with the 1.75 die. I guess now I'll have to decide how I'm going to set it up. The swag attachment seems like a pretty sweet set up. I'm also curious how much tubing I'll screw up with the learning curve.. ha ha. The swag part is just the collar that goes around the bottle jack, and the jack can be bought at HF for around 89. Guess I'd need to see if that qualifies for the 20% off coupon.
