I got those fuckers from India calling me at work begging me to pay them for lien claims they file on my injured workers' work comp claims. I Yell at them every time. As a matter of fact one lady asked me today why I was so rude. Just trying to stick it back to em. Haha

I wish, I tried to get it 3 times myself with no luck.

I went to the hospital yesterday and had them try to get it.
So I went it and had a doc look at it, even he was saying he didnt think anything was in there, sigh, god damnit there is! I know what I fucking feel! Jeezus, getting tired of doctors saying there is nothing there when I know there is, I can see the damn thing, its about 2 inches long, I can see the swelling where the spine is.

Problem is when I went to the doctor it was so swollen you couldnt see the outline anymore since my whole arm had swollen again from infection.

So went in and eventually went into the surgery room layed down on the table and was waiting for a local anesthetic, I guess they dont use that stuff here ..

So they went in through the entry hole and dug around until they could see it and got a grip on it with hemostats and tried to pull it out, woundnt come out, and they tugged several times with no luck, and said it is now in a capsule and my body doesnt want to let it go. Holy hell that hurt, never had surgery with no pain medication, ouch!

So now back on antibiotics, even got an IV antibiotic at the hospital since it was getting real bad again from I think going into the ocean here and got infected again due to water quality..

So now I hurt like hell, still have a spine in my arm, and get to try again when I get back in the US, at least here in Puerto Rico they actually tried to get it out which is more than I can say for the jackass American doctors that didnt want anything to do with me, yay Amerika! Haha..

I gotta find somebody who will do it for cash as I do not have medical insurance, what a pain in the arse I tell ya! Just aint right.

Running out of options since I dont have a lot of money to pay for this, and I got rejected by a few insurance companies when I tried to get a new policy, just isnt fair..and to think some certain people get fixed for free, meanwhile I am here suffering daily from something that should have been taken care of weeks ago. Its a sad situation when a non-citizen gets better care than I do for christ's sake.

Anybody know of a good affordable surgeon or a doctor that is at least willing to try to get this damn thing out!!? Getting desperate here, I dont want to loose my arm or ever worse from an infection that could end up becoming systemic, then I am in real trouble. :(

Do you know a vet ? Reason I ask is, I had metal pulled out of my eye by an old vet friend 4 years ago. Was in the same boat as you with no medical. I'd hook you up but I'm not friends with this person any longer. They won't touch it in Puerto Rico ?

    .

They tried yesterday and couldnt get it out and wanted me to come back on Monday, but I am leaving tomorrow, they already yanked on it for about 5 minutes with no anesthetic...huts pretty bad now.

I felt them yanking on it and could feel it deep inside, but it didnt want to budge since its been so long its now in a "capsule" and is going to be a little more difficult to remove than I thought.

Puts me in a tough situation being that I am so active. Tired of hurting all the time and if I hit my arm on something, OMG, not sure what giving birth feels like but I think I have a pretty good idea! If I whack mu arm I get chills and start to sweat, lol.
And I thought I was pretty good an sucking it up, this is a whole new level of hurt! a 2" long rigid spike in a flexible extremity isnt good. Even making a fist hurts, and the doc thinks its also stuck in a tendon...

Yeah me too, had insurance I paid for years and when I actually need it....

I looked into the Obamacare, and its got a lot of fine print that is just ridiculous, has a $6300 out of pocket expense, since I am married it combines both of ours, so its actually a $12,600 out of pocket, great deal.

If I had that kind of cash I would just go have it done..I dont get it. I thought insurance was supposed to be affordable, not just the monthly fees, but the actual procedures, what a joke.

Its the 2nd time it has gotten infected, I dont need any more complications. Trying to keep it as sterile and clean as possible, no more going in the ocean for me, that was a stupid idea.

More like not to drive a yacht through the desert..and/or learn how to drive it first.

In the Desert there isnt normally much to attach a winch to! I have a winch for my Jeep, but not sure I would ever use it where I wheel normally. So it is still siting in the garage.
