Has anybody bought a '13 or 14' tacoma in San Diego? If so what were the options/price and what dealership did you get it from?

My gf mom bought a new 13 DCSB TRD Sport for her 17 year old son but they went through a broker and also got a Lexus ES300H at the same time so they might of gotten a better deal. Also doubt they'll tell me how much they paid for it

Emailed him asking for more info on the title situation, so yeah I dont want some shady stuff! But if he just lost it and I can verify its not stolen and no leinholder I might be able to make it work, just gotta make sure its legit..

As long as he gives you the vin just run it through the DMV website. Just make sure he gives you the right vin. I've never had a problem with no title but I always check the con thru the system

I registered a baja bug once and didnt know the owner. The guy I bought it from never registered it. Went back to him he said he bought it from his buddy. Went to his buddy has him fill out the DMV stuff and he never registered it either. DMV finally made me sign a thing saying I didn't steal it because the vin was clean but I couldn t produce the name of the owner.
