My buddy runs 255/85s on his power stroke and loves it. Drives better and got some mpg back.

I don't have the tools to do it right so it would actually be more worth while to have somebody weld a new stud in.

it would probably be around the same price to have a shop drill the old one out and press a new one in. Might want to have them do that to all 3. My guess is the welding made the studs brittle.

Yeah, the more I think about it it'll be worth it to have someone quality do it, 'cause if they break of while I'm up against a rock that some money to fix a door panel and get it painted.

Look at all the options Jake....

Anyway getting ready for a Havasu trip tonight! GOnna get some good riding in, but once again all solo, I will probably put over 25 hours on the bike with no wingman.

Jeez, I gotta find more fast riding buddies, I keep scaring everyone away.:(

I meet these gys that say haw fast they are and that they race, etc...so I figure, perfect should be a fun fast ride, and they are so far back I find myself waiting every 5 minuted for them to catch up.

Or I end up slowing down looking for some fun hillclimbs, go up them, turn around, nothin! Once again I am riding solo, lol.

Maybe someday I will find a huckleberry, lol.

    I am, thanks

I was trying to take my fender off today to vacuum it out (PO parked it under a tree and theres a bunch of crud in the fender), and i see a fluid on the frame, then i see fluid on the front of the shock, turns out one of my 5100's are leaking

Hmm, that's annoying that they call it normal, when i take my truck to school i'll see if it feels funny, and if it does either go back to stock or OME's.
And if it don't feel funny i'll just keep a eye on it.
