Drop a boxer engine in and go AWD..

 

4x4 would be sweet, but so much work. It be easier to sell my truck. Boxer motors can stay in dune buggies and cars. I have enough power right now. Those things are a headache to work on.

Actually almost ready to ditch my bed, put in my tundra axle, and shocks are going outboard the frame. Get to be a 5 and 6 lug

 

at that point wouldn't it be easier to find a 6 lug instead and sell yours.

Lots of pre runners with V6 floating around ready to be SC and LT. only downside is they are automatics.

Unless you found one like mine.

 

I still love this pile too much to get rid of it. Too much time has been invested already.

Honestly 4x4 scares the craps out of me which is why I went with a prerunner. Every time I jump in someone's 4x4 I swear I'm gong to die or roll over.

 

Its true, you get into deeper "Oh Sh*t!" situations than before.
But then you see KOH videos and they make it look easy and roll overs are part of the fun.

 

My 4wd is emergency use only. It's like a 2wd with an automatic shovel. Keeps me outta trouble.

That is my style of 4x4. I just don't wheel alone in case I do get stuck

 

People say that, but the LTs break and roll more often than the 4x4s.

 

Koh is like how I drive my rc cars. That is a whole level above all of us here.
