Anyone in North County got a 54mm Axle/hub socket that I could borrow through next Friday? Gotta do my wheel bearings.

You can get an inexpensive single socket at autozone for that, I think mine was only $10 or less ?

Unfortunately, my truck actually uses a 54mm socket for the axle lock nut. I only found one at O'reilly's and it was $50, so I ordered one off Amazon since I need it soon and my time was almost up for shipping so it would get here before Wednesday. If anyone has one I might return it. It wasn't too expensive and it might prove useful in the future, though.
    Thanks!

Not for CV's, I don't think. Just to get the hub off to service the wheel bearings. I'm 95% sure you don't have to take the hub off to take the CV axle out, but I've never replaced a cv since I just recently began doing my own maintenance.
What can I say, I've got big nuts...

I got the one off Amazon because it would get here before my parts do so I'm not hung up. Thanks to free same-day delivery with prime it's already here, yet my parts are still processing...:ballchain:
