    Goodyear Wrangler TrailMark 31's. F.B's 2.75" spacer, TRD rear shocks, stub antenna, ripped out charcoal filter added AFE dry, Chrome grille, upgraded to SR5 sun visors, variable wipers, backup camera, HID DDM 35w 5000kv, ebay fogs w/yellow LEDs.
    Anyone on san diego want to help me install rear shocks and aals on my 5 lug. i got some money.

    Not sure I get the humor? Have you been through Tijuana lately? It is a pretty cool major city now, and while trash may not be disposed of correctly in some parts, it is still near where our Tacomas are made!

    You know I am a Baja lover too but unfortunately that river is still notorious for being horribly polluted. BITD there were some great surf breaks formed by the sand outflow from the river but since the 70's surfing there has been a " take your life into your own hands " risk. Even when they are not directly dumping waste water into the river it is still pretty gnarly. Many cases of hepatitis and worse from that river outflow.

    All rivers flooding can carry diseases and they post warnings to stay out of the ocean after large rain events, far north of the border.
    You are correct, but it isn't just a Mexico thing.
    Once you get away from cities and paved roads in Baja, you are truly in Old California... and whatever flag flys there means nothing.
