    Been out to Otay the way it dumped the last 2 weeks I expect mud puddles and dumb ass kids with daddy's trucks getting stuck out there. Good thing is border patrol frequents the area quite often so you might be ok. As far as the main roads go I'm sure they will be fine the off shoots and shit are probably damn near lakes but not sure if you don't plan on going crazy and your smart about it I don't see it being too bad out there you should be fine
