I'm off Wednsday. Just a heads up though. It will be "ladies night" starting at 6:00PM. Can get a little more crowded for a Wednsday evening.

Pull the CV and get a 2wd spindle just to get home.

Or get a welder out there and burn it back together too.

Come out and play at King of the Desert in D38, its at Plaster West. 4-25 mile loops for my class, probably less for other classes.
Should be a blast I got a ton of friends going, you are more than welcome to use my pit and help!

Try strapping the spindle with a bunch of wraps to the UCA to get to the road.

Went from Tacoma to land cruiser to 4Runner. Expecting baby number two any day now, so wifey just got a new highlander. I get to drive her hand me down Prius. Still got another year on the lease, probably look into getting another Tacoma when the lease is up. The good thing about the 4Runner is i was able to sell it for the same amount I bought it for after two years. I call that a win in my book.

How's it going with you? You're with crest right?

Yes after hours of hunting a friend of a friend had one with a wheel bearing off his 99 SAS 4Runner. Picked it up, grabbed some parts and went back with a buddy. Pretty easy job minus the rain and mud. The brake caliper was tricky to get on as was seating the new spindle into the uniball slug adapter. Total fix time was about an hour and a half. Got off the trail, aired up and drove home. I'm getting a grinding/scraping/squeaking sound now from the drivers side which I believe is the dust shield self-clearancing against the inside of my wheel, however the sound comes and goes with speed and turning, it also doesn't make the sound when applying the breaks. Could be the pads also.
