This time of year it's starting to get too hot for the desert. I would suggest heading up to big bear mtn. Tons of good trials and scenery up there

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/first-big-bear-trip-advice.488185/

Also, unless you are camping out in the desert, most places you can only have a fire if you're at a camp site that has fire rings, and even that depends on the season/weather. Way too many wildfires the past couple years

The propane fire is about the only option.

Anyone want to help me out? Was changing fluid on my 4runner today- went to do the front diff and whoever did it before stripped the hell out of it. I slotted it and hit it with PB, heat and an air chisel with no luck. I need a nut welded on it.

Anyone up for it? Will pay in beer or cash!

But of a delayed response, but my work put an ARE standard shell on one of the 16s and it sucks. I don't know if it was a deal or not but the window out the back is so much narrower and more tinted that it's really tough to see out the back. That may be an issue common to all the standard-height shells but it certainly makes driving that truck less pleasant. Don't want your boss to get something they won't like!

Sweet, those motors are pretty stout.

    AJ?? Nice guy.
With that PDS suspension in the rear the springrate and valving are very critical, I used to have an ATK605 Rotax that had an Ohlins PDS linkless rear and Paoli front forks took a while to get it decent.
Heavy AF but had torque like a Diesel.

I had the same type of thing 2 Sumos, CR500 and ATK605 both fully dialed, had to sell both of them, I have lack of throttle hand restraint.

Go standard leafs and get these (in the post below) airbags in addition, best way to go for a varying load IMO.
