Anyone have a King Shock CoilNut Adjuster tool I can borrow? I'm at an impasse with alternative methods so figured I'd check before buying a new one...

Anyone in SD interested in these switches? Don’t want to go through the hassle of selling but I will trade for a six pack of Shock Top.

OK guys, I have a real serious issue...not sure if anyone can help.

As most of you know I recently moved to a new house with 2 shipping containers on it (one of the big reasons for purchasing the property) We have both been working our asses off to save enough so we could put our down payment. Spending very little money and only buying what we need to get by.

Fast forward to now, my neighbor where I do my stuff for everybody is at the containers and I poured a 20x40' slab which was already quite an expensive endeavor however much needed so I could have a place to park my cars do some projects until I build a real garage.

My neighbor who is an extremely angry older lady who seemingly hates everyone, and me especially, is a bit tough to talk to, I have had a couple "discussions" with her which were more like her screaming in a very condescending tone over nothing or should I say "perceptions" nothing has ever happened to her except me trying to help. I had moved some soil around in order to help create a watershed spillway since the property was in complete neglect when I moved in. I went into the lower section and cleared tons of deadfall in order to allow the water to flow (getting poison oak multiple times, as a matter of fact Ive had it since I moved in!), renting a backhoe, and Skiploaders and even cleaning out her driveway underpass so it could flow using my money to rent the machines in order to do it!
Last weekend I built 2 35' sections of fence in order to keep her side looking nice that doesnt really even benefit me, just her, again spending my hard earned money on materials and doing all the work by hand solo. Im assuming she thought I was up to something as she is a bit of a difficult person always thinking she knows whats going on but actually has no real idea.

So getting to the meat of the story, I just got a letter (Friday) saying I have 30 days to remove both containers or I will be fined...I bought the property with them on it, and they have been here for years, not sure what Im going to do, spent most my money doing the slab and recently the fence.

Ill be answering PMs tonight, sorry for the delay guys, going as fast as I can.
This is horrible, all I do is try to help people and it seems as no good deed goes unpunished, all I tried to do is help my neighbor and she totally screws me.

If anyone knows anything extensive about permitting or trying to extend my timeline (in Vista) on this it would be greatly appreciated. This just doesnt seem right or fair, but just trying to get through it the best I can..

God only if it was that easy. Bummed I moved next to such difficult individual, all I've done is try to help her from the day I got here. Pretty sure she doesn’t like men very much from what I gather. Iv'e only been super nice from the getgo too, and shes been a real jerk.

I’ve been dealing with a similar stupid fucking neighbor, but I don’t know who it is. They report me to the city for anything that’s even a little wrong with my front yard. I legitimately got a notice for 3 weeds.

The worst one was cars taking up too much space in my front yard. We have 4 cars and a 2 car driveway so I was parking my truck on the gravel next to the driveway. Anyways, I looked up the city code that will be stated on the notice, and read it. It stated cars can’t take up more than 35% of my front yard. So I did the math and showed the City inspector. Haven’t been bothered since.

You need to read up on that code and see where it states that you can’t have shipping containers on your property and find a loop hole around it.

@Speedfreak so what law states you can't have those containers?

Can they be covered via tarp so they're not seen?
Structure built around it or over it blocking the view?

Sorry you're stuck in this predicament! That lady needs a hobby :der:
