    K&N filter, 3.5 Aux input mod, Fox 2.0 Coilovers, Fox 2.0 Resi Shocks, Element UCAs, Old Man Emu Dakar Leaf pack.
    My brother and I took our dual sports out there this summer and it was gated off. we entered through anderson rd to boundry truck trail and hit a gate with a pin pad about 1/4 to 1/2 mile in. I'm pretty sure there are other ways in but I usually go in through anderson rd.

    My rear driver side shock starting leaking pretty bad. Turnaround time for King to fix it was like 2 weeks once they get it after the new year. I ended up buying a rebuild seal kit, shock oil and rebuilt it myself. Had the help of my coworker the entire time which was nice.

    What is weird is King told me shock pressure should be at 150. All my shocks were around 110, besides the one I was rebuilding.

    Damn that sucks man. Did king hook you up at since your shocks are brand new? How hard was the rebuild?

    Kings are pretty easy to rebuild. Only need a few tools to change out seals. Removing shock shafts and reservoir hoses are a pain.

    Air leak possibly, spray carb cleaner around the area that’s most audible and if idle increases when sprayed that’s your leak.
    If it’s more of a whine you need a nose cone kit possibly (an upgrade from the early generation type)

    With where the sound is coming from I'd almost say it's coming from the left cam gear. That's where it seems o be at least

    Old piston, took out the cylinder too!

    64E2F543-3C72-45E7-AD87-487EA6476D65.jpg Hope I can get this sucker to fire tonight! Finally rebuilding my 450 and after 2 broken pistons I went with a JE forged unit finally, let’s see if I can get more than 35 hours out of this one without spitting it into 2 pieces

    Try carb or brake cleaner spray to see if it’s an actual vacuum leak

    Lol I know that struggle...on my kx250f I split the cases and did a new crank,bearings, and too end. On my ktm525 I did a new piston and rings

    Good times and I seem like I’m always doing everything at the last second! I’m rebuilding this one and having to clean out 4 others because of that good ol Ethanol...stuff reeks havoc on mechanical fuel systems

    Maybe a intake leak at the base of the s/c? Could have warmed up or seated itself under boost? Almost sounds like it was running full boost as if the "wastegate" wasnt working right

    It was after a hour or so of driving that it happened. I guess I'll see in the morning if it happens again.
