Anybody have a recommendation for a good place to get a cab mount chop done? ORW wants about $400.

That's me. I work at Arc Dynamics in El Cajon. We service welding equipment, where Airgas and Westair are true welding supply stores selling filler metals and gasses.

Did some sweet bypasses on Monday! Pic is just from mocking up the resi, ended up putting them to the rear at an angle to miss the tire when at full lock.IMG_6045.jpg

Anyone have any suggestions for complete retrofitted headlight vendors ? Looking around the forum it seems like those guys come and go and the current ones seem to have some pretty bad reviews...

Couple shocks, some old tires, and a bad paint job
Those shock angles are always so goofy.

Does $3,900 out the door (parts and labor) sound fair for front/rear 4.88 Nitro gears and a rear ARB air locker on my Tundra? I'm installing the locker compressor and running the wiring/hose myself before I drop the truck off. I get that the Tundra parts may be a few hundred more compared to Tacoma parts.

Sounds a bit high too me.
I saw a gear package going for $1400 online
    Rear air locker $~1000.
That leaves $1500 for oil, labor, tax and maybe a few inexpensive parts. Probably 10 hours of work.

No clue on the price but if you want a recommendation, try ProGear in Kearny Mesa. I had a really good experience with them several years ago. Real pros when it comes to axles.
