That doesn’t sound like fun. Sounds like you need a beer.

Why don’t they design it themselves if they are such experts?:anonymous:

It’s not fun but that’s how design reviews work. I have to meet a bunch of specs so I don’t hurt or kill anyone at the space station.

Gov’t processes. What could take a year takes the gov’t 4x longer. Many moons ago, it took me 4 years to get a network operational for Video Chats, only to have HQ pull the plug the day before it went live. Their reasoning? Overruns from delays cost too much and they were the ones causing the delays. Oy vey...

I have. It's a few hours to do. Gotta pull apart the steering cover, ride plate under the ski, and just follow the routing. Some areas get tight and need to be patient.

But its not a difficult job just kinda a pia? They wanna charge me $350 in labor for a $70 part. After they failed to secure a clamp on the exhaust that leads into the water box which almost caused an overheated engine yeaterday, dont think I will have them do this.

Yeah I didn't need any special tools. Just takes time. Need to do your alignment too. The labor is probably high just because it is time consuming.

Tons of em, like Mike said its not difficult just time consuming, I have a couple skis and have had to replace them before. I have a super old 80 something 550 thats modified like crazy, got it off a big fat dude who couldnt get it to plane, hahaha!
But Gdamn that thing is hard to ride, its like trying to ski on a fking pencil. I got fairly decent at it but then a new superjet smokes me like a joint in a Cheech and Chong movie, lol!! Those are sooo much more stable than my antique stand up.

OK so the time has come (yesterday) when I got all the remainder of my lift parts (I think anyway) so now its time to put em up, see whats missing and make it happen!! So stoked! Ill have to use the tractor to get them in place which then drill some holes and anchor it.
Now I have to go and see who has some concrete threaded anchors in stock, I think I need 12 of them, I believe they come in 6" lengths grade 8 with expanding "wings".
Not sure if any of you have experience in adding concrete anchors, but anybody know if using concrete epoxy is a good thing to add? Or is it just going to fuck it all up! Im thinking it may set too fast and give me a false anchor not allowing it to expand, etc...I dont want that!

Stoked for you on getting this done.
Hope all goes well. I'm not going to try to give you advice because I would probably make things worse. :bananadead:
