    No, it's all in the coaching. No team should be struggling as much as the Chargers have the past few years. Rivers doesn't call the plays. He can only do so much. Has he made mistakes? Yes. Is it his fault the entire team is playing like shit? No. The defense has been playing horribly as well. They need to get rid of Norv and hire somebody with some attitude. Look at what the 49ers are doing...
