Yeah I saw. Some people can afford to have someone do the work for them. Never gonna learn anything. I guess It depends on where he is at. Theres tons of shops in sd.

I've known quite a few people with absolutely no mechanical skills, I've also know some people with some mechanical skills that though they had way more than they did and that got them into trouble. I've known some people with injuries that prevented them from sitting at weird angles in the truck to work on things like that. I can come up with a million justifiable reasons for someone to want or need to have someone else do the work for them. Then you got people like me with too many skills and ideas that just wont stop popping into my head and once they're there they are going to get done no matter how much of my truck I have to tear apart or how much time and money its going to take to accomplish it because damn it it would look/sound/function awesome...

For all things mechanical, or off-road fabrication, or accessory installation: I recommend Jason "Speed Freek" in Vista, California.

Jason has installed my front wheel hub/ new bearings, my 4 Bilstein 5100s, my Ride Rite air bags, my brake pads and shoes, my differential oil, transfer case oil, and engine oil, performed safety check before my extensive Baja travels of 2017, and did a most difficult and unheard of brake back plate repair/ fabrication that a professional brake shop looked at and remarked they couldn't do better!

They sell weldable spray paint. Brand is Steal-it. Cost about $25 a can but can save a ton of sanding elbow work.
