Well I'm not a newbie to Tacomas had a 98 before but just new to this site..I'm always down to meet fellow enthusiasts in the area so we can get stuff done to our trucks. When is the next meet?

 

I think we're scheduling our next meet for the Dec 9 weekend in Barstow. It's gonna be a blast and a half plus free food from Engage's Yingle Yam weekend event.

I've been checking out TW for a while now but have remained relatively quiet other than selling a few stock items I removed from the new Taco (2011 DCSB TRD Sport). I purchased my first Tacoma last spring and have made a few minor mods. It's a daily driver and I am inexperienced at Off-Roading but I enjoy keeping up with all of your exploits via TW.

I'm an "old Guy" (53 years old) with a young son (6 years old) so I don't have lot's of free weekends. LOL...

That said, I'll try to make it out to one of the events sometime soon.

 

We'd be glad to have ya join us! Just keep an eye out for any of our random runs and throw your name on the list when you find one that interests you. Inexperienced or not, we'll make sure you get in and out and I'm sure you'll have a great time

 

Bring that young son along with you on our runs as we all bring someone. I myself usually bring my whole family. my littlest is not even 3 yet and she loves Off-roading. We would love to see you out there!

Barstow would be a little bit too far for me since the border line is about 1.5~2hrs but if you plan something near the border I definitely want to go and start using my Tacoma as it was intended to be used, Eddie (Special_K) invited me to the Ocotillo Wells trail this 2 & 3 of december sadly I have my works pre-christmas partyso I'm not gonna be able to go

hahaha. My damn company decided to have a holiday party on the 4th which is a Saturday. If it were on a Friday, I'd be down, but I NEED my Saturdays; Told them to save me some drinks.
