When I did exhaust back in the day all the 2.8 s10 guys would want exhaust. We would put whatever turbo style exhaust can you think you like on it (thrush, flowmaster, etc) And then add a 12” glass back behind it to take the Honda Civic out off it and put bigger pipe at the end like an echo chamber to get some tone. Still sounds like a v6 when revd up. But decent just driving around.

My buddy has a 4Runner with the 8” rear. I was telling him that is a pretty healthy rear and should really hold up. I have found the actual cot and mot from
4 wheeler mag but doesn’t list the import axles.

does anyone know where they fall compared to a 44 or 8.8 ford? Or know the actual torque ratings of them?

Based on what I've seen, the mods are actually pretty reasonable and the AZ crowd likes to ignore common decency standards

As this post is OffTopic since I'm not from SD and dont wanna polute their thread with our business I'll keep this limited to one post:

AZ community was personally familiar with each other in real life. That familiarty bred a good deal of casuality with one another. We could and would speak to each other in ways and on topics that are normally risque for forum etiquette because we know we're not a-holes. However, being that these topics conflicted with the rules of TW it sparked issue between mods and members. Some were banned, others chose to leave of their own volition.

    Anyways, stay classy San Diego.

I understand this and you can see it in many of the regional threads but you have to ensure that you don't drive away new members. The guy that gets a new Pro and is super excited and posts in the 3rd gen forum will usually get pointed towards their local regional thread and when it's a bunch of inside jokes and general assholishness those new members won't stick around.

To be fair, I’d expect this out of all active regional threads. Most of the SoCal members know each other pretty well, or have at least met. We talk a lot of shit.

With that said, there for some reason is a tendency for the AZ threads to be nuked. I don’t know why, I don’t hang out in them, but eventually all of these AZ members should analyze why this continually happens and ask themselves if the mods are the problem.

I’m willing to bet that @Dr.No is a previously banned member who’s made a new account just to troll another regional thread. Anyone want to wager?

Three people were hit with a perma ban, something happened. Yeah, I think things have been more quiet all over lately. Threads are moving slower.

It seems the ban wasn't really perma, so there's that.

I don't come to TW to be an ass, I can do that in person. Here I want to learn and relax.

Oh, and find new ways to spend money :(

Its been pretty dead for awhile. Anyone with any knowledge (or at least thinks they do) has either been banned, stays away in fear of banning, or gets over the redundancy of new members and their “Should I buy Fox or King” questions.

The LT threads stay pretty interesting at times but that’s about all I know of.

Yeah the thread is moving a bit slow, could it be the lack of my super duper dynamic personality?? Hmmm, maybe not.
I better get back in more often here so I can throw some pepper on it, ha!

I hope everyone is doing well and your year has been a good one! In preparation of course to make next year even better. :headbang:
