New to this thread, trying to figure it out. Y'all do any taco meet ups? I am trying to find if there are any local trails worth taking around the SD area.

Plenty of them around, all fairly well spread out around the county. You will have plenty to play with that's for sure.

Oh and BTW, working in this heat is lame!!! I finally got a Whole home fan installed (due to my lack of AC) and its working pretty well except when I really need it and its hot as fawk outside. lol. Great for mornings and evenings so thats good I guess...and since I work outside all day I just cook in the dang sun the whole time, sniffle...
Also super pumped I finally got my whole yard/shop fenced in plus an electric gate to keep the zombies out. Not to mention the dogs coming in the next week or so, probably a couple of pits and an aussie shepard. The Coyote pups next door are a solid no-go for adoption, haha!!

We have a whole house fan. It seems to just make it hotter inside. Portable a/c and a fan do wonders, but still gets to 80 in here. If it wasnt a rental I'd dump a couple feet of insulation in the attic.

Only works in certain times of the day that's for sure! Otherwise its a supercharged heater!! I know what you mean.
My house has shitty windows so an AC wouldn't do a whole lot until I remedy that issue, the windows turn into heaters at about noon! My attic has insulation but its shitty, need to cover it with some type of foil to make it more efficient.
