Question for everyone- any tips on local junkyards? I occasionally go down to Otay for parts but its always a gamble... Looking for a yard that lets you walk around and that may have some Tacoma's or 4Runners. Got a big list of things I need for my 2010 Tacoma: Steering wheel, OEM headlights, 2 large bed cubby covers, cup holder insert, battery tie down and center caps for 16" wheels.

Tacoma's get stripped fast in most of the big yards that let you walk around.

You can have my cupholder inserts if you mean the 2 OEM rubber inserts that sit in front of the shifter.

Huge thanks to you fellas! I do appreciate the help from everyone who showed up, the hospitality from your crew and the friendly atmosphere. You guys are hands down some good dudes that have a good thing going.... Took it out today and played around with the RTT, everything looks GREAT! Y'all definitely have a good vibe and our Taco community could use more good humans like you guys, thanks again!

It was interesting haha. Ran into a random dude in the middle of the trail and had Otay flash backs, some side by sides blasting mariachi music, and some random water crossings.
Was still pretty fun though! I’d like to explore it during the day so we can see. Just kinda explored it.

You got to be careful stopping for people in the middle of the road in the middle of no where. There are people out there looking for wheels to get them further north. I know 2 people who stopped to help and got carjacked in the desert.

I meant to be set to the repel side, but my magnet was in retrograde and the alignment of the sun and the moon...

No one can jump in the bed with a locked camper shell now. Haha.

Unless I'm in a group, it's an oddity for me to even stop. Makes it even harder for someone to jump into anything but under.
