Upgrades installed, rear bypasses re-valved, time for the temps to drop and head for a tube turning session. Front is 13-14 inches with full bump roughly 1/2 from inner fender to high misalignment from touching

I don't have mint, but I have visible. A little more money, but better overall plan I think. Unlimited talk, text, and data, and even includes hotspot. Visible is owned by and runs on Verizon's network. Been using it for 2 years and been very happy with it. Leaps and bounds better than Sprint was. And a fraction of the cheapest Verizon plan.

If you do join, using this link we would both get $20 off a month of service.

Check out this page: https://www.visible.com/get/?3qhZLw, it has all the info you need to know about joining Visible. When you use my friend code, 3qhZLw, you’ll get your first month of service for $20-off!

I tried if over three months and didn't find enough benefit to either switch to or keep with my Verizon service. And in most of Anza Borrego Verizon has much better service overall.

thanks, I made the switch and thus far in San Diego and a few offroad trips its actually been same or better than my wife's coverage as she still uses Verizon. Next step is to try the desi.

I had VIsible previously and it wasn't that great for me, went back to Verizon an its way better again..
And I believe that Visible uses the Verizon cell towers but the service was not as good as using the actual Verizon service.

So, is everyone here onboard with the 2023 (56th) Baja 1000? Around 1,311 miles long!
It is in one month... I think race days are the 16th & 17th of November.

For the first time, ever, the race begins in La Paz and comes north to finish in Ensenada.

From La Paz, it passes through Punta Conejo, Lopez Mateos, San Javier, Loreto, La Purísima, San Juanico (Scorpion Bay), San Ignacio, El Arco, Bahía San Rafael, Bahía de los Angeles, Codornices (San Antonio), Punta Blanco, Faro San José, Cataviña, Coco's Corner, Gonzaga Bay, San Felipe, Valle de la Trinidad, Ojos Negros...

My first Baja 1000 (to watch) was in 1973 (Ensenada to La Paz, via San Felipe, L.A. Bay, San Juanico). I filmed some of the racers a few miles east of Ojos Negros, just past where the pavement ended. I was 16, and my dad and I camped by some large, flat-topped boulders we thought would be a great viewing location. The next morning, a hundred others showed up to watch the race there, too.
Here is my 3+ minute Super 8 film (with period music):

No plans to... I have been dealing with a lot of sciatica pain that is keeping me from having much fun!
The last Baja 1000 I was involved in was 2006, when we helped Baja Pits with communications at El Crucero. The four-wheeled racers arrived after sundown and some were pretty battered already:
