Hey so if you haven't seen the thread about Ron's truck yet, he is selling it and has decided to sell off all of his parts. Here's the link...
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2n...270-parts-sale-edrin55-selling-his-truck.html
A lot of smaller things have been spoken for but some things are still available. We still have to add more to it as well like the Rim/Tire swap plus cash, pop n' lock, etc. Just wanted to make sure you San Diego fellas don't miss out.

Cuz I offered to help. Next time you see me, I'll have his Avid Light Bar too. That's the luxury of helping someone. I can call out the part I want most. :D SCORE!

Spinal Stenosis- basically my spinal cord can't move up and down my spinal column due to a piece of my spine pinching it... Guess I shoulda taken it easier when I was younger..

Sucks pretty bad sometimes, but I can deal with it.. I just dont want it to get worse..

Damn, hope you're alright after that. Seems painful just thinking about it. Hope you are not serious about returning to work so fast. I didn't think recovery time was that fast.

    Haha,

32... They said it was from "beating myself up when I was younger"....

That and a severely herniated disk isnt helping matters either..

Thanks for the thoughts- but yea, I have a Pharma lab that kinda depends on me being there during the day, and my shop that isnt a shop if I am not there at night...

So as soon as I can do it, I will be back to work..

Had my first PT session today. Had good passive range of motion. Pretty sore though. Outlook is good, think since I was pretty much recovered and good to go before my recent injury helped a lot. They said rotator cuff's heal faster than the labrum cause of increased blood flow.

Wow, sorry to hear that man. What are the options for you? Is is pretty bad where your on gnarly pain meds? Long term injuries are tough. My last shoulder injury was 2005 and I dealt with it until it got worse in 2009, eventually surgery. In hind sight I wish I would have had surgery sooner.

Yea, they wanted to give me all kinds of shit for pain, but I am not really into that...

I have had a "bad back" for years, but within the last 2 its been pretty bad. The last 6 months have really sucked- so I just need to suck it up and get the surgery.
