So today on my way home I took L street and as I got to the 805 there is construction and the street under the bridge has the shoulder blocked.. I see a car stopped in the right lane with hazards on and a bunch of people are upset and honking then I see an older lady telling the cars behind her to go around... I asked if she needed help and she said just to get it to the side so I pulled over and pushed her car up to the intersection and out of the way while everyone else sat at the light watching! Not sure how long she had been there before I arrived but WTF is wrong with guys today y would someone see a woman by herself in the lane and not offer to help!!

I was in the same situation a while back but it was an old man and he was stuck at the light, people where going around and he was standing next to the car. Pulled over to try and help him but by the time I pulled over and walked back up to where he was stopped (was on that big ass hill on Briarwood) some other dude had already pushed his car to the side of the road

anyone play with a power tuner, or power chip? maybe one that changes the shift points for autos, or firms up the shifting... I had a hypertech on my ford and it made a world of difference, but that was a v8

Nice Manny! I feel the same way and never just drive by and not offer assistance, its amazing how many drivers are on the road and only a very small percentage even bother to help, let alone be mean to the person with the road trouble.

So I recorded the most recent episode of Top Gear (US version) where they drive 2wd rental CARS through Moab, Utah. I'm sure they had a lot of help along the way, which they do not show, but now I feel much more confident about wheeling my "new" truck. I can't make the run on October 14 but if anyone wants to wheel with a noob 2wd and gives me 2 weeks notice, I'm down to 'froad Thursday-Sunday.

that was a decent episode , my favorite part was when they crashed the mustang. and i'm also somewhat confident that with long travel and a locker even my truck could get through there (with a little help now and then)

I was very impressed by the Yaris. That little thing did really well for a street vehicle. It reminds me of my old man taking me out in his stock 1967 bug. We'd go EVERYWHERE.
