I-8 east is closed at willows rd. about 2200 ft snow/ice

 

Looks like the rain was a bit much for the roof over the office in our shipping department

If it was my office I bet all my ducks and fish would have been stoked, being in water beats being hung up on the wall.

 

Haha , yep.. Smart money says your leak is from a roof penetration around A/C equip.

 

My professional opinion is the water is coming in where the leak is.

 

Did you do the hvac on my building? I've had leaks in 6 of the 15 bays. This is the worst one so far tho

I can take a look at it if you want, Tyler...my Dad owns an HVAC company...so a little knowledge came through to me

 

Thanks guys, its actually a roofing problem, all of the A/C stuff is good, was just givin the old man some shit. The seams to the front tilt up walls from the roof line are leaking, all of the leaks happen when the water accumulates in the roof pocket and puddles to the front because the drains are not sufficent

I've done a ton in poway, but (proudly) my shit didn't leak, I learned the hard way when I was an apprentice, if you cut the hole, you answer the midnight phone call to go fix the leak... happened 1 time (around 11:00pm) at Sycuan, spreading that fucking Henry's 208 in the cold ass rain with my bare hands, absolutely sucked..haha

 

I know your pain Doug Definitely had to go on a couple of those calls with my Dad! Totally sucks when you're on a roof working and it suddenly starts pouring...and you left your jacket in the truck!

 

Trust me bro. Graduated from leak school, class of march.

 

These should be fun next time I'm in glamis...
