it's just like glamis..only a lot smaller, and the beach of course. You just gotta make sure to spray your truck down when you leave the beach ASAP

Definately if i had some one else leading another group and we would have a meet up point like shell reef or blow sand would be even better means of communication and all roberjohnson posted some good info and i will take that into consideration

Thanks Timmer.... @least someone on this forum knows their shit and has quoted Bill Burke. If you don't know who Bill Burke is then you should go do some more homework.

This is why I backed up in there to pull him out. All you web wheelers who swear that you know how to recover a truck weren't there and didn't know that that guy had no recovery points. We did the best we could and quite frankly I didn't know the guy and could have had my thumb up my ass like the rest of the web wheelers that just watched and went to break their shit.

This had to be the most disorganized run ever.

-No rules on recovery points or who the 2WD guys should go with

-No tailgunners or proper radio usage

-I've never seen a group break up into so many smaller groups on a run

We were doing our thing and some 2WD guys had unfortunately followed us into a canyon since they lacked comms. Before you guys organize a "wheeling event" make sure you know how to wheel first.

Instead of the bitchy attitude, why not just offer up some helpful tips for making the ride better? It's not really helpful to come on the forum with all three of your posts and start slamming on those you don't know. Everyone has to learn what works and what doesn't. Everyone was a beginner at some time.

    Have recovery points!
    Have a CB!
    Don't follow 4WD if you're 2WD Open!

It's not helpful for folks to post inaccurate recovery knowledge while not being at the incident.
