San Diego Meet #5 Ocotillo Wells Desert Run

Two quick things to say...
1) Timmer...you are a plethora of information. I had to google dictionary to see if your name would appear next to it!
2nd point...I had a great time, met a lot of cool people and saw some sights I had never seen before (dirt bikes doing their jumps, Mariso almost loosing his quad ((LOL)), and Nick's truck covered in mud). I didn't care if you were ttora or TW-You are a Taco Brother! Families always have their quarrels (talk to my sister). I can't wait for the next meet!
OK, OK one last note, we should all meet at an Oggi's, TGIF or a similar restaurant to socialize and have formal introductions, exchange numbers, etc. etc. Have a drink or two with food and hang out. At the same time, our trucks would be parked outside where other unfamiliar long lost brothers might wonder why the hell toyota has a Tacoma used parking lot sale going on here. I don't know, just a thought. Socalman, I need to be one of those 10! My wife will kick my ass if I don't use the CB I kept asking for. See you all around. Huge X2!!! A couple of us socal guys like myself and derek and deadbolt have meet and greets every like 2 weeks if not every week, we've been trying to hit all the local trails. I think its a great idea to have meet and greets to better get to know everyone, that way everyone is comfortable around eachother!

oh yeah! A couple of us are gonna be meeting at Oggi's in North County fair tomorrow if anybody wants to join, i know its last minute but thats how we Roll!! haha

I work mon-fri! In fact, I had asked for the friday before the meet to be off of work so I could finish the damn cb antenna install. Maybe Saturday I could. Which means I've got to be extra nice to the wifey starting tomorrow since she went to bed already. Which is why Im on here soo late! This is like porn for me. So addicting!

I'm game. I have a 4 day weekend this coming week (Friday-Monday)! If we get a big group, we may want to call ahead to ensure we have enough room.
