Just a little wiring, no big deal. Reorganizing my wiring and making it color coded, more or less.

The saga of bent spindles. I got a pair of spindles from Ahspulock, and ordered a set of TC spindle gussets (with swaybar) and Eddy welded them on.

Started tearing into things during our mod day

BS'ed too much and did some work by candle light

Reused the Passenger side oil seal

Gimpy, 7 wheel drive... This is where I stall for a while

Had to go get new wheel bearing O-rings

Cleaned up the minute amount of grease that was in the ball joint and packed it up with Lucas Red&Tacky(passenger side) Mystik Hi temp red(driver side)

Installed and looking good #BattleshipGrey

Picked up 4 spacers from Spidertrax Outlet (cosmetic blemish) for 158$ shipped

Working on that 'Agents of Shield' Flying car mod. Been watching the planes fly over too much.

 

Installed new idler pulleys. I followed the trials and tribulations of an fjforum group and bought 2

$34 Gates 36173 DriveAlign Belt Drive Idler/Tensioner Pulley

Gates 36173 , and 2

$45 Gates 36174 Idler Pulley

Gates 36174. All 4 pulleys fit, including the one for the tensioner. Strike the 38411 (full tensioner arm) and use 36174.

 

Since I'm out of places on the factory locations to put switches it occurred to me that I have a fog light switch that I'm not using. All the wiring is already run so why not use it!
Now do I put my 'Hellas' or led bar on it?

Thanks, I honestly didn't really notice a difference. I had them on just the front at first and couldn't tell.

Since I'm out of switch blanks on the dash I decided to use my unused foglight switch for my LED bar. Shouldn't accidentally press that when I want something else. The wiring for the foglights (35w=3amp each side) can't handle the LED bar (120w=10amp) so I made the driver side foglight wire the trigger for a relay in my bussman box. Works like a champ except it can only be on with Low Beams.
Insert the foglight anytime mod!
Found an Ign 12v in the box but did the ANYTIME (actually anytime constant 12v) mod for now. I want to find a clean way to tap into the Ign lead.

 

Just wrapped this up the other day. It's not hard to do but I've had soo many things going on. Bussmann style
