New to this forum but I wanna tag along! My prerunner should do fine, right?

 

Hey Baodown, welcome to the forum. Good to know you're up for it. We'll count you in. It'll be great to get a little convoy going next month. A preunner should be fine for these roads, unless it's after it has just rained.

 

If you guys are going Oct 1st I think I can make it (no baseball or kid activities scheduled right now). FYI, I am in Los Gatos and would be great to meet some fellow Taco burners in the area.

 

Cool, let's aim for Oct 1st for a cruise then. We'll change the date if we need to.

I'm in Milpitas, so maybe we'll meet up somewhere in San Jose, grab some food, snacks, then head down (or some variation of that order).

 

Sounds good. Not sure what route you want to take but doesn't make sense for me to go into SJ if we are heading up 17 but we'll figure out the details. Where is everyone else coming from?

 

Got it, you might be the southern most. If you are, that's where we'll meet.

 

More than likely, I am 2 minutes from 17 so I can coordinate the location if necessary. Going to bring my son for a little adventure if that is OK with you all? Should be a good day of fun

 

That's fine with me. We may just have to hold back on the verbal expletives, with your kid around though.

I'm from the area, buzzards is fun, but be careful taking the trails too deep off the main dirt road. They are really fun, and there's a lot of them, but I've know some people that have been shown the barrel of a gun during grow season.
